Do not take the Ultram capsule if you are allergic to tramadol.

Avoid concomitant use or tell your doctor if you are taking the following medications before taking Tramadol 100MG Tablets:
Pain killers such as morphine as concomitant use with Ultram (tramadol)enhance the side effects such as drowsiness etc.
A tranquilizer or sleeping pill if used together with Ultram (tramadol) Capsule increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, difficulty in breathing, coma, etc.
Antidepressants or antipsychotics if used with Ultram (tramadol) capsules the risk of fits increase also you may experience involuntary and rhythmic contraction of muscles, agitation, sweating, tremor etc.
If you use anticoagulants along with Ultram capsule, the effect of blood clotting will decrease and you can experience bleeding as well.
Interaction of Ultram (tramadol) capsule with food and alcohol
Food has no significant effect on the efficacy of the Ultram (tramadol) Capsule but if you take alcohol with ultram (tramadol) capsule the effect may be exaggerated.
Use of Ultram (tramadol) capsule in children
Do not give Tramadol 100MG Tablets to your child if your child is suffering from breathing problems as the condition may become worse.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding a mother then do not take Ultram (tramadol) capsuleas it is excreted in milk and also crosses the placenta, hence your baby experience withdrawal symptoms that needed treatment.

How to take Ultram (tramadol) capsule?
Always take this medication exactly the way your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
The dosage depends upon the intensity of pain and sensitivity of the individual. The recommended dose of Ultram capsule is 50mg to 100mg at a 4-6 hour interval.
Method of administration
Take this capsule orally as a whole without opening it with a glass of water.
What if you take more Ultram (tramadol) Capsules than you should?
If you take a double dose mistakenly then you do not need to get worried about it as generally, it has no harmful effect but if you take a lot of Ultram capsules then you must immediately contact your doctor or rush to the nearby hospital or emergency department.
